Let’s say you have a special event happening to you in your life and People Magazine came over to do a 5 page spread of you. That’s what kind of shoot we’re going to do. It could be a Maternity session, Engagement shoot, The cover for your new Book, etc… We shoot it in natural light and relaxed environment to highlight your best features. You can use these images for your website, marketing materials and social media channels. This content is for you to connect with your audience in a visual way. I take a voyeuristic approach to Maternity Photography by creating a more casual and relaxed atmosphere. Letting the beauty of these moments speak for themselves. These Lifestyle sessions usually contain two parts…indoor home sessions that feel intimate and timeless followed by an outdoor beauty session, mostly featuring the mother to be.

I work with my clients on everything from choosing the perfect locations to coordinating the ideal wardrobes for those locations. We’ll edit your home for the shoot, or I’ll help you find the perfect air bnb. I’ll have tons of outfit ideas and options pinned to a mood board for you. I usually bring a few casual prop options with me as well. I’ve been known to show up with a few dozen throw pills or lamp from time to time. Target run and done.

All in all, I specialize in showing women how beautiful they are and the family they’re building is at this time in their life. I produce timeless keepsakes for generations ahead to cherish. I believe a maternity session is one of the most important photoshoots you can gift yourself. This is a moment in your life worthy of documentation.

You would typically want to book a Maternity Session around 28-36 weeks, or 7 to 8 months. You will have a nice round belly around then. Earlier if you’re expecting multiples. Book your Maternity Photographer as soon as possible to ensure your date.
